The Quirky Carrot

If you have the fortune of visiting Alexandria, Ontario, drop by The Quirky Carrot. The food is really good and well priced. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is personable and friendly. What struck me was the aromas wafting delicately in the restaurant, a swirl of delicate sweet spices and coffee. This is a real coffee house, and as the sign says, it is a cookery school as well. Alexandria is essentially an art commune town, and a sheer delight.
