Roxanne Schoenfeldt is one of Ottawa's top models. Lovely and very feminine, she is a testimony to the makeup genius of Anthonia Bejide, by far my favourite makeup artist. Here is Roxanne in a tribute to William Mortensen. Makeup, of course by Anthonia.
